Sprout ReadyWage: How do I transfer funds from my company’s bank account?
If your company needs to transfer funds from its bank account, you can submit a request through our support team. Since there is currently no self-service interface for fund transfers, all requests will be manually processed in coordination with our banking partners. Follow the steps below to request a fund transfer.
Verify Your AuthorizationFor security purposes, only authorized representatives of your company can request fund transfers. Before submitting a request, please ensure that you are listed as an authorized representative.
Submit Your RequestSend an email to experts@sprout.ph with the subject line: ReadyWage Company Bank Account Fund Transfer - [Your Company Name]
Include the following details in your request:
- Company Details
- Company Name:
- Your Full Name:
- Your Position:
- Registered Email Address:
- Bank Account Number:
- Transfer Details
- Transfer Amount:
- Destination Bank Name:
- Destination Account Number:
- Purpose of Transfer: (e.g., payroll funding, vendor payment, etc.)
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your authorization and process the fund transfer in coordination with our banking partner. This typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
If additional verification is required, we will reach out to you via email.
Confirmation of Transfer
After the transfer is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with the following details:
- Transaction Reference Number
- Transfer Amount
- Destination Bank and Account Number (Last 4 Digits Only)
- Date and Time of Transfer
For security reasons, we will not include full account details in the email confirmation.

Who can request a fund transfer?
Only authorized representatives of the company can submit a request. If you are not sure about your authorization status, please check with your internal finance team or contact our support team.
How long does it take to process a fund transfer?
Fund transfers are typically processed within 1-3 business days, depending on verification requirements and the bank’s processing time.
Can I request an urgent transfer?
Standard processing times apply, but urgent requests may be accommodated depending on bank availability. Please contact support for more details.
Is there a fee for requesting a fund transfer?
Yes, the following transaction fees apply:
- ₱0.00 for Netbank-to-Netbank transactions
- ₱10.00 for InstaPay or PESONet transactions
What if my request is denied?
If your request is denied, it may be due to authorization issues, insufficient funds, or restrictions imposed by the bank. We will inform you of the reason and guide you on how to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or modify a fund transfer request?
Once a request has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. If the request is still under verification, we highly recommend contacting support as soon as possible.
