Sprout ReadyWage: Troubleshooting

If you have any concerns regarding your payroll deductions, ReadyWage transactions, or other related issues, follow these steps:

  1. Unexpected Payroll Deduction – If you were deducted more than the required amount for ReadyWage, first check with your HR/Finance/Payroll team for clarification.

  2. Missing Payroll Deduction – If the required amount was not deducted, consult your HR/Finance/Payroll team. One possible reason could be that your net pay was insufficient, deferring the repayment to the next pay period.

  3. Missing Withdrawal – If you did not receive the withdrawn amount in your payroll account, reach out for assistance.

  4. Status Not Updating in ReadyWage Widget – Refresh the Dashboard by clicking the "Click here to refresh the page" link on the ReadyWage widget.
