Every time new employees log in to Sprout HR for the first time, they will be redirected to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy Page before accessing the system. Now, we have also added a link for users to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which they agreed to during their initial log in.
This can be found under the Profile Name drop-down list.

Admit it, more often than not, most users don't really read Privacy Policies and Terms of Use. We have added these links here in order for you to review them, should you wish to do so.
