Understanding Your ReadyCash Credit Limit Replenishment
If you've recently paid off a ReadyCash loan and are wondering why your available credit limit hasn't updated right away, you're not alone — this is one of the most common questions we receive. The good news is that there's nothing wrong on your end. Your credit limit replenishment simply follows a two-step process that involves both your payslip deduction and your employer's remittance to NetBank. Here's a breakdown of exactly how it works, so you know what to expect and when.
The Two-Step Replenishment Process
Step 1: Payroll Deduction
Once your loan deduction is reflected in your payslip, your loan status in the ReadyCash dashboard will update to "Deducted." This confirms that the amount has been withheld from your pay, but it doesn't mean the loan is fully settled just yet.
Step 2: Company Remittance
After your employer remits the deducted amount to NetBank, NetBank verifies the payment. Once the payment is successfully verified and posted, your loan status will update to "Paid."
This is the point at which your available credit limit is officially replenished — meaning you can now apply for another ReadyCash loan, subject to your eligibility.
Minimum Credit Requirement for New Applications
Before applying for a new ReadyCash loan, keep in mind that you'll need at least ₱3,000 in available credit. If your replenished credit limit falls below this amount, you won't be able to submit a new application until your available balance reaches the required minimum.
