There are times when our Government decides to move the Standard Holiday if the original holiday is in the middle of the week. Instead, they are moving the dates closer to weekends to have a long weekend observance of the holiday and to increase domestic tourism in the country.
With this, as the default design of the system for the suddenly announced holidays by the Government, this has to be added on your end. This is due to some companies still following the dates and it's their discretion if they will follow the movement of the new holidays.
Moreover, if this happens under the Standard Holiday that is already listed in your Holiday Plan(Default Holiday Plan) Here's what you have to do:
You may just edit the date from your Standard Holiday Plan and change the date. Just go to Sprout HR> Maintenance> Company> Holidays.

Then, go to Settings and click the pencil icon to edit the date:
Click the Save button: 
Make sure that the box is checked/ticked so it will be fully recognized by the system:
