With the Payroll Reports widget, you can easily view and download your payslips and BIR 2316 directly from the Sprout Mobile App. This feature is available to all users, ensuring everyone has secure access to their payroll information whenever they need it.
Accessing Payroll Reports in Sprout Mobile
The Payroll Reports widget in the Sprout Mobile App gives you secure, on-the-go access to your payslips and BIR 2316 form — no matter your Dashboard Type. This ensures you can view and download important payroll documents anytime, anywhere.
For your security and data privacy, authentication is required before accessing payroll reports.
Authentication Methods
- If your organization is SSO-enabled: You can automatically authenticate using your device’s supported biometric method (Face ID or fingerprint).
- If your organization is not SSO-enabled: You’ll have to enter your Sprout Mobile account password by default.
- However, if you’re device supports biometric authentication (Face ID or fingerprint), you may enable this in the Settings menu of the Sprout Mobile App to easily access Payroll Reports.
- Enabling Biometric Authentication under Settings in the Sprout Mobile App will also allow you to login with ease if you are not SSO-enabled.
- After authentication, you will not see your Payslips and BIR 2316 Form.
Available Payroll Reports
Payslips
- View your full payslip history, including payslips, reimbursements, and 13th Month Pay, arranged from latest to oldest.
- Open any payslip to view details and download it as a PDF to your device.
BIR 2316
- View your latest BIR 2316 form with all necessary details.
- Download the form as a PDF for your records.
- Note: If no form is available, your HR team may not have uploaded it yet. Contact your HR Admin for assistance.
