Why am I still Receiving Email Notifications from Resigned Employees?

A lot of users have been wondering why they're still receiving email notifications from resigned/terminated employees. Keep in mind that email notifications will continue to be delivered until the Separation Date indicated on the Employee Profile.
 
On Sprout HR, the Separation Date is defined as the date right after the employee's last day of employment. For example, if the employee's last day is scheduled on August 14August 15 should be the Separation Date indicated on the Employee Profile. It is also important to take note that the resigned/terminated employee's schedule discrepancies will only disappear from the Resolution Center on the actual date of Separation.
