Ever wondered why your Attendance Manager module is not visible under your Admin tool in Sprout HR? This is a common issue that can be resolved by checking one crucial setting.
What to Check
The Attendance Manager module has a prerequisite: the Attendance Management feature must be enabled at the access level.
- If Attendance Management is not enabled, the Attendance Manager will not be visible in the Administration Tools.
- Currently, this setting is likely disabled at the access level under your assigned User Level
You need to turn on Attendance Management first on the Navigation Access for the corresponding access level.

How to Edit an Existing Access Level
- Navigate to the Access Level you need to modify Locate the setting for Attendance Management under the Navigation Access section.
- Enable the Attendance Management feature.
- Save your changes.
Once you have enabled Attendance Management, please refresh the HR Dashboard.
The Attendance Manager should now appear in the Administration Tools dropdown.
