Does the system allow a Zero(0) rating during Performance Evaluations?

Yes! The system can allow appraisers to rate employees zero for specific competency, goals, or core values. However, we need to make sure that it is enabled in your company settings.

Here are the steps to enable a Zero(0) rating during performance evaluation.

1. From the Menu section on your right click on System Setup> Company Settings.

2. From the sub-menus above and click on Performance Assessment Settings.

3. Under Basic Settings, check the box "Allow Scores Lower than 1".

4. Once done don't forget to click on the "Save" button.
