# How to Add Client Name in Sprout HR?

Aside from the Company Name, there are instances that there are outsourced services that employees may be assigned to. The Client Name is used to determine this.

Here are the steps on how to Add a Client Name:

1\. Go to ***Employee Profile.***

2\. Go to the ***Work Information*** tab.

3\. Simply type in the name of the client and select it in the drop-down.

4\. Click Save.

Another way to add this is via Bulk Add/Edit Template. Note that the Client Name is included in the default columns of the template (column AK). See sample below: 

To get the list of the name of your clients, you may download an Employee List Report.
